Leadership

In class this week we talked about the role of leadership in small group communication and how it can effect both the task and relationship dimensions of a group. How has leadership emerged in your group? Did you allow for it to emerge or did you elect a leader the first day? Why? What kind of leadership style is being used in the group? How does that style help and/or hinder the cohesiveness and productivity of the group?
